Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the cataloguing, facilitation, and archive-building offerings provided by Legacy Loom. "User" refers to any individual or household engaging our Service. "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to Legacy Loom. "Content" refers to materials, documents, or information shared with us during the course of Service delivery. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our Service, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or your household.

3. Service Description

Legacy Loom provides Keepsake Cataloguing Sessions, Legacy Conversation Workshops, and Complete Family Archive Build services within Bangkok, Thailand and surrounding areas. Availability outside this area may be limited and is subject to prior arrangement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling a session and to treat our team with courtesy. You are responsible for informing us of any household members who will participate in facilitated sessions.

You agree not to request that we provide legal, financial, or medical advice, as our Service is strictly educational, organizational, and facilitative in nature.

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials, templates, or documentation frameworks we use during sessions remain our intellectual property. Any inventory, notes, or archive structure produced specifically for your household during the engagement belongs to you.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing for each service is published in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed prior to booking. Payment is due upon completion of each session or stage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least forty-eight hours in advance. Refunds for cancelled sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Our services involve organizing and facilitating discussion of family materials. We do not take custody of original documents or keepsakes beyond the duration of a session unless a separate storage arrangement is agreed in writing. Timelines for the Complete Family Archive Build are estimates and may be adjusted based on the household's pace and availability.

8. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an as-is basis for organizational and educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and nothing communicated during our sessions should be treated as such. We make no representations regarding specific outcomes from any family conversation or archive project.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from our Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Legacy Loom against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or from misuse of materials or notes we prepare on your behalf.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any time by providing written notice. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion; should resolution not be reached, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.

13. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Legacy Loom regarding our Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not waive that right.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a new "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
