A quiet mission: helping families hold their stories together

Our Story

Legacy Loom began in Bangkok after our founders spent months helping their own relatives sort through a lifetime of letters, photographs, and papers following a family loss. What struck them most was not the volume of items, but how scattered the stories behind them had become — a name half-remembered here, a date lost there.

From that experience came a simple idea: families deserve a calm, structured way to gather what matters before memory fades. Legacy Loom was formed to offer exactly that — patient, practical support for cataloguing keepsakes, facilitating honest family conversation, and building an archive a household can actually use.

We are not lawyers, financial planners, or counselors. We are organizers and facilitators who believe that clarity and dignity can coexist, even in difficult seasons. Every recommendation for formal matters is left to qualified professionals; our role is to hold space, take notes, and help things find their place.

Expertise Rooted in Care

Organizing a family's records asks for more than filing skill; it asks for patience with grief, respect for memory, and comfort with silence when words don't come easily. Our team has spent years refining a method that treats paperwork and photographs as pieces of a shared story rather than administrative burden. We draw on practices common to archivists and estate administrators across Thailand, adapting them into sessions that feel personal rather than clinical. Households we work with in Bangkok and beyond consistently tell us the process itself brought unexpected comfort, simply because someone sat with them and helped things make sense again.
